Challenge 1- Introduce Your Bad Ass Self!

For this challenge, scrap about YOU! What makes you different, unique, or unexpected? What are your personality quirks?

This may seem a little generic and tame for this site, and compared with the future challenges I have prepared for you all, it is!, but I think this is a great first challenge for us to get to know some of the other bad ass scrappers and our design team, since we're all new here to the "dark side".

What is it exactly that makes us just that little bit dark and that little bit edgy, that little piece of us that we edit out of our layouts... Let us get to know your bad ass selves!

    Here is something from the heart about me. I figured a picture can only say so much so I made the journaling the main focus of a me page. A REAL me page not a sugar coated one.

    The journaling did not show up on the site hhmm...I wll have to work on that. so here it is...

    Follow me and you will find a sea of layers, I am many things.
    First I am a Wife and Lover to Glenn; you will always be my number ONE! I met you one night surfing the chat rooms and fell in love the moment I talk to you. You weren’t “what’s up babe” you could hold a conversation and I knew we were soul mates. We have been married for several years the exact year I do not know you would have to ask my husband. I can’t remember years just the day and month.
    Second I am a Mother, sort of….. I have given birth to 3 beautiful children. I have a 17 year old daughter Caitlyn was the name I gave her, her parents named her Marissa. She was placed for adoption at birth. I love her dearly she graduates this year from high school. I was only 16 when I had her. I knew I could not raise a child that young by myself. Then there is Dakota as screwed up in her ways as I was in mine at her age. I love her so I know she is going down the same path I did and I can’t fix it because my father adopted her when she was born. Truth to the matter is her father was abusive and I was not going to let her fall into that lifestyle. I was getting away from him and keeping my daughter safe. Then there is my son. It was 9 years ago I gave birth to him. He was mine he was precious. He was sick. I was sick. And our month together was amazing. I love you Hayden Allan Renfro Graywolfe. You were to tiny to hold on you held as long as you could. I did for longer. I love you may you be at peace. Hayden was only one month when he died from whooping cough. But he touched many lives in that month. I love you son.
    Third I am a daughter to John, he may not understand me but he loves me. I love him I don’t think he understands how much. We fight we are the same person in different bodies. I know I belong to you when I see us arguing. You make me mad when I see you suffering; mad that I cannot fix it. I love you dad.
    Fourth, I am a loving kind hearted woman who will give the shirt off of her back for anyone in need. I cannot say no to people in true need. I have been there. I was homeless by choice. I didn’t have to be I wanted to be. I slept under the San Francisco Bridge. I have walked the streets of Hollywood panhandling for change. I have taken baths in creeks with the crawdads. I have gone hungry and been better for it. I would not change a thing. I am not ashamed of my past it’s what makes me who I am today. I rode freight trains across the country and have seen 46 of the lower 48 states. I have seen most of western Canada. I have lived my life with very few regrets this time in my life was not one of those. I am a modern day hobo….
    Fifth I am Wiccan, I am proud of who I am I do not believe in the same God as in the bible. I have my own beliefs and I embrace them. I know that I am not a part of main stream society. I accept that. I don’t want to be. I want to be me. It’s who I am and what makes me unique. I don’t tell everyone about my religion but I don’t hide it either. My very Christian friends asked me the other day why do I let them pray before eating if I am not a Christian. I let them know that it’s because I can respect their beliefs. I can appreciate that they have the ability to have such a strong faith. I even wrote them a prayer from the heart in dealing with their own struggles becoming pregnant. I have no problem with Christianity I do though have a problem when people try to change me I don’t want to change as I know you don’t either.
    Sixth, I am a friend to few, I have two close friends. Crystal Gage and Misty Vernon, you two are my best friends. I could not ask for better friends. I could not ask for a better time when hanging out together. You two are amazing. And as a bonus I don’t have to remember your husband’s names as they are both Jeremy, y’all make it too easy on me.
    Seventh I like Winnie the Pooh and Tigger too. I also like to dye my hair purple, paint my room orange and sort my books with the adventures of pooh placed next to my books on how to have a better orgasm. I don’t hide my books from people. I don’t think I would befriend them if I had to hide who I was. I am me and that’s all I can be. If you don’t like my alter or my Winnie the Pooh stuffed animals well then tell me but don’t judge me by the cover. And if you are offended by the fact that I like sex and want it to be exceptional well then don’t look at my books. Or hey better yet pick one up read a little go home and try it out you may find out you like it.
